Dominion Maritime Adjusters, LLC (DMA) was created out of a specific need for maritime third party adjusting services in the Mid-Atlantic, including Virginia, North Carolina, and Maryland.
The partners of the law firm of Ventker Henderson, PLLC founded DMA in response to requests from clients of the law firm to provide third party adjusting services for Jones Act and Longshore claims or recommend a local adjusting firm who could do so. DMA is independent from Ventker Henderson, PLLC, though DMA’s adjusters and surveyors do benefit from association with experienced maritime lawyers when they have the occasional legal question.
